The texture of the sweet cherries and the flavour combo with the hu kitchen dark choc is just perfectionnn.
My new addiction that I can’t wait for you to try! The freezer at my new house will be full of this all summer. It’s actually worth pitting the cherries for.
You’ll need 🍒
– 2 handfuls sweet cherries
– About 1/4 cup @hukitchen no sugar added dark chocolate baking chips
– 1-2 tsp coconut oil1
1. Cut your cherries in half and use hands to gently remove the pits and stems.
2. Melt chocolate with coconut oil in microwave for 20 seconds at a time, stirring between each until melted.
3. Arrange cherries in rows on parchment or wax paper-lined baking sheet.
4. Pour melted chocolate mixture on top. Use a spoon to scrape out alllll of the chocolate goodness and spread evenly across the cherries.
5. Freeze for 2 hours minimum, then let sit out 5-10 minutes before breaking and eating. You can alternatively refrigerate bark for 30 minutes minimum to set and enjoy immediately – chocolate won’t snap as loud or be as crunchy in fridge but still delicious.
